Verulink Update: Private Bridging live on Testnet
We’ve been building quietly. Now it’s time to share what’s been running behind the scenes.
Private transactions are now live on Verulink’s dev site, currently running on the Ethereum Holesky testnet. Alongside that, we’re rolling out relayer service, which will automatically mint the bridged assets to your Aleo wallet without needing to manually complete a second transaction. Both features are live, working, and open for anyone to try.
What’s Available
Verulink now supports testnet bridging of ETH, USDC, and USDT from Ethereum(Holesky) to Aleo, with:
- Private transactions
- Relayer Service (no need to mint manually)
This is a functioning bridge with privacy logic built directly into the process.
If you need USDC or USDT tokens for testing, you can reach out to us on Discord.
Why Privacy First
Most bridges are built around speed or cost. We’re building around intent.
Verulink was designed from the beginning to take advantage of Aleo’s zero-knowledge architecture. Privacy is not an optional mode. It is part of the core system.
Every time you bridge, you can decide whether your transaction on Aleo should be private. If you choose privacy, Verulink handles the complexity behind the scenes. Balances and recipients remain shielded.
This is privacy as infrastructure, not privacy as a feature.
How the System Works
- You lock your assets on the Holesky testnet using Verulink.
- Our geo-distributed attestors validate your transaction.
- Our relayer service picks up your verified transaction and submits it to the Aleo chain.
- Bridged tokens are automatically minted to your Aleo wallet; you can simply check your wallet.
It’s a seamless, private bridging experience from start to finish.
What’s Ahead
This Ethereum testnet access is one step in a broader rollout.
- Support for Base and Arbitrum is in active development
- More updates will follow as we move toward the mainnet
Try It Now
Private bridging is live. Relayer service is operational. The testnet is open.
If you are building with Aleo or simply want to explore what a privacy-first bridge can look like, Verulink is ready.
